Right of reply

Any company, clinic, or individual named in a Pepsignal brief may submit a written response. We’ll consider it for inclusion in the following Tuesday’s issue.

How to submit

Email corrections@pepsignal.com with the subject line “Right of Reply — Issue [number].” Include the original passage you’re responding to and your written response.

What we consider

Responses that materially clarify, contextualize, or correct a claim. Responses that don’t engage with the specific claim (general marketing, legal threats without a factual dispute) are not published, but are read.

Timing

Responses received by 5pm ET Sunday will be considered for the following Tuesday’s issue. Responses received later are rolled to the next available issue.

Length

Responses are published in full when 200 words or fewer. Longer responses are summarized with a link to the full text hosted publicly by the submitter.

What we won’t do

We don’t retract claims that are factually correct simply because a subject objects. When a claim is wrong, we correct it; when a claim is disputed but supported by the public record, we publish the reply alongside it.
